59. Do You Have High Quality or Low Quality Thoughts?

I went out to dinner with a couple of my friends a few weeks ago and was telling them about what was going on in my life and pregnancy after our successful frozen embryo transfer, and they listened and were so open to hearing me. My friend Brooke then said, “I bet 80% of your energy is being consumed by worrying about this pregnancy and the future “what-ifs.” This is why we all need a coach, friends!! I hadn’t brought this up to mine yet and I could see that her comment was completely true.

The next morning I woke up and was determined to increase the quality of my thoughts so that I could use my energy in the best ways possible to create the life that I want right now. I had gotten in the habit of going down a thought pattern that was causing me a lot of anxiety and depression. Each day since has been completely different and I’ve felt so much lighter and more hopeful.
